“Must thank Laura for all her help with our enquiry; efficient and friendly service, with a wide range of products on their website to satisfy most tastes. “They sent 150 notebooks with a mistake to our company. No-one picked up the mistake which had been entered incorrectly by GoPromotional and no apologies were given. We had 150 branded notebooks that we couldn't use and they couldn't replace them unless we paid a crazy amount again. We missed the mistake but I would of thought after us sending the correct artwork, this would not have happened. Stay clear of this company! Terrible customer service and wasted money for us.”

“Really happy with the service provided. George was quick with my quote and they provided great prices. We was also on a tight time frame but they got them done and sent to us in time for a show we was going to. The product is also excellent can not fault it they look great.
