“From our first enquiry it was a seamless process. We were a bit nervous ordering printed merchandise for the first time not knowing how the products would turn out but we couldn’t be happier with them! They look perfect. “Good customer service - resolved an issue with our printed products quickly and efficiently. Final product looked good and was well-received by our conference delegates. Feel that delivery charge was quite steep and pushed the unit price of the books up higher than anticipated so either a delivered cost (for transparency) or a keener delivery charge would be more appropriate. I would recommend this supplier and we will consider using again.”

“Nice product and delivered exactly as stated so thanks for that. The logo was slightly smaller than I had anticipated from the proof but that's probably me - I should have checked with Danny my contact. Having said that, they went down very well at our event!”
