“Ordered with Gopromotional a few times. Never disappointed. Was taken care by George who was very helpful and responsive. Delivery was fast, less than a week after artwork approval. Good quality products too. I'd definitely recommend Gopromotional.”

“I have been very disappointed with the lack of information regarding delivery status. We had a date abet estimated on on our invoice, never thought to check before hand as the rest of the order had met the date stated. I had to chase for an update and they are very slow to respond. Account Manager on holiday however even when she came back no information and after a number of phone calls still no information of tracking or delivery status. Still haven't heard from her! Apparently that's the aftersales department. So why not transfer me or give me a contact number for that department?? Seems that once they have your order, its cheerio, I'm not interested.”

“Products arrived on time and imprinting of our logo/design was done to a professional standard. We ordered sticky notes and foldable shoppers. The sticky notes are great and the bags are ok though they do feel a little "plasticky" - we did chose a relatively economical option for the bags so their other shopping bag products may have a better quality feel. Can't fault the service and prices are reasonable.”

“Tom Raine has been incredibly helpful through the whole process and very responsive to emails. Communications were clear and frequent and Tom was happy to change the design and answer any questions until we were 100% satisfied with it.The product arrived on time and quality was good as expected.
