“Tom was very helpful, the cups look great. It was a shame that we had to have a 50 run of a colour so that we couldn't go multicoloured, the website wasn't clear in this.”

“Service Team - Helpful couldn't do enough for me. I was on a tight deadline to get the product out they was honest on delivery times to when I would get them. Samples - Requested a couple of samples came the next day. Placed my order, products came within the specified time. products was has described in description with Logo as requested. Price - Saved £100 which was a bonus. All in all great service, product and Thomas & team very helpful. Would defiantly use them again.”

“The customer service and quality of the products is excellent. We were left waiting for a mock up from another supplier for 2 weeks so decided to see if GoPromotional could quote for the same or similar product, which they although the price was higher. The did however match the other quote, got a mock up to us within less than 24 hours and the finished product within a week. We were very happy with the service and woujld be happy to recommend”

“I specified when I needed to have my products for at the time of placing the order, and ordered 3 weeks in advance. The delivery date came and went and only when I followed up, did they inform me that the order could not be delivered in time. These were personalised items to go into hampers for people that our charity are supporting. So very disappointing, and left me with less than 24 hours to find some sort of replacement. Would not recommend.”
