“Been a pleasure to deal with Gopromotional throughout the whole process. From original enquiry to receiving the order they have been helpful and friendly. We spent quite a while finalising the specification of our product and once received it was exactly as discussed and of a great quality. Will definitely consider placing future orders.”

“We have used GoPromotional a few times already and they absolutely deliver on quality of service, for one: they worked closely with us on our latest urgent order and followed up constantly. They were also honest about delivery times instead of bending the truth to get the sale and one product even arrived on Friday instead of three days later on Monday as expected. Their in-house design team is prompt with designs and we request little to no changes in the proof when ordering. If it's quality of service and product you're after, you came to the right place.”

“All was going well with my order of 1000 water bottles.. Tom had been very helpful with artwork and he was good at responding quickly. Three days before delivery was due (a date that had been agreed for a few weeks) and was for a charity event with a specific date, I got a call to say the printers had made an error with the printing. That was when the wheels came off the customer service as had to wait until the next day to see what the error looked like. Agreed it could still go ahead as the other option was for them to start again and they would then not be ready on time. It was a layout issue. Was assured delivery would still be the same day. Spent all of delivery day (a Friday) trying to find out if they had been dispatched but Tom couldn't provide the promised tracking information. Finally at 4pm after a few complaining emails about their customer service, I got a phone call to say they wouldn't be arriving that day. Eventually they turned up late Monday afternoon, although I had then been told to expect them on Tuesday. Lots of inconvenience and frustration all round for many people!!!! Product itself was fine. Would think twice before using Go Promotional again!”
