“The branded bags we received were printed well and very good quality however service was slow and not proactive. We had shared artwork on December 19th a colleague and I then sent multiple chaser emails to place the order so that it would arrive for our deadline, but we received no response. I called Go Promotional on 2nd Jan and our order was handled well and arrived for the deadline but, we did have to pay an additional cost to air freight our order which could have been avoided if Go Promotional had responded to us in a timely manner. If I had never called I fear, we would have just been ignored which is not ideal.”

“Very pleasant and friendly sales staff and much quicker service than other suppliers we have approached. We did experience a few issues with our first order but this was quickly resolved and haven't had any problems with orders placed since.”

“My company purchased the triangular highlighters for an exhibition. The booking process was extremely easy and Molly was very helpful. the items where delivered very fast and much quicker than expected. We are slightly disappointed with the quality of the colour used for the company logo as a lot of the highlighters had scratches in which we noticed when removing them from the box which is a shame.”

“Excellent products at a great price, but the product we ordered did not show up in time for our event, despite ordering well ahead of time. Luckily, we do this event every year so we were able to save the product when it finally did arrive. Chris helped us tremendously and made sure that we received a substantial discount for our trouble.”

“The pens are very good and look nice. But i will mark down for the serious over charging of postage, £25 to send a small box is seriously overcharging, I deal with couriers every day and know what a fair price should be, so feel it is poor business to make profit from the delivery element. Shame really as it leave a sour taste”

“The product we've ordered was out of stock, so we had to take a different pen you've paid for. It was very disappoint as we only got to know about it, after the payment been made. Also, I was expecting a embossed logo and got it printed instead.”
