I ordered notebooks, they were not printed as requested. I was told they would be collected and reprinted. this has not happened, the sales agent is not answering my emails but I keep getting emails asking for me to buy more products. I am extreamly disapointed with the service.

Ordered products, agreed price, chased 2 weeks later to be told the items aren't in stock and they can't meet our deadline. Ruined our expo as no promo giveaways! My advice is to avoid them.

Deliver was weeks over agreed, missed the campaign that we needed them for, so no use for items. Even asked for this review before the items had arrived so had an idea of the order status. Took a week to reply to the complaint and just sighted terms and conditions offering no competition and blaming third party couriers. Took no responsibility. A very expensive error on us using this company, advise to not use unless you are happy to wait months for items and have zero communication after you have paid.

The team were very helpful and understanding of our needs and budget, quick and easy to contact . Helen kept us updated on our orders and offered supported when needed. Great products great service great price

Do NOT use this company!! even after being loyal customers for many years we have been left waiting for an order since may!! nothing but excuses - they have. very high staff turn around with standard excuse being 'sorry that person has left'

I was totally disappointed with this company, admittedly we had a late deadline to adhere to but I asked several times during the course of making the booking that they could provide the goods in time and was told they could. Our order arrived 36hrs after the event and there was no customer service, no-one wanted to take ownership of the problem nor did they want to chase the courier asking me to keep an eye on the tracker. Eventually our complaint was raised to the MD after I demanded to speak to them and his attitude was that I lived in cloud cuckoo land to expect them to be able to track a delivery with such a large organisation. We ordered from another supplier for some promotional goods at the same time and had no issues with them.

I will never use this company again nor would I recommend them. I was promised a delivery for an Open Day event we were holding and the goods never received the Account Manager was unhelpful and never returned my calls wanting to bury his head in the sand. Two days after the event I am still awaiting my goods and when I called was informed my Account Manager was now on Annual Leave and no-one seemed bothered to sort out the problem or again call me back.

I had a bad ordering experience with GoPromotional and wasn't going to leave them a review. However, for three years they keep spamming me asking me to leave a review for my 'recent' order, so here it is. I had to place a big order for an event in 2018, and I wanted to clarify a few things. There was no response to my question after over a week and several emails to three people. They did eventually respond but the whole experience was full of issues (for instance, not sending tracking numbers). And for the past three years they keep spamming me from different email addresses. There is no option to unsubscribe, which is illegal. The products were fine but the customer service and marketing tactics are terrible.

Sadly my experience was very different to the views experienced here. Problems started once we had placed the order and paid. A few days before order due to be delivered we were told that an item we ordered was not available so there would be a delay. From then on in I could not get anyone to provide information on where or order was or when it would be delivered. Original delivery day 31 March, next delivery date 'mid' april (no specific date could be provided), then I was told it was shipped but they could not/would not provide shipping or tracking information. Multiple emails and phone calls later (phones are often not answered and when they are it is by a different person because last person i spoke to had apparently left!). I was told shipping instructions would be sent - they weren't, I was told a date for delivery would be confirmed - it wasn't, i was told order had been shipped - it wasn't. I was told the MD would call me and sort it out - they didn't, I was promised a refund and after 2-3 more weeks, multiple emails and several phone calls on my part i eventually got a refund yesterday. No apology, no compensation, no nothing. So items we needed for our business at the end of March have to now be sourced from somewhere else. The lack of phones being answered, staff turnover and not getting any products I honestly believed the business was in trouble

Hi Anonymous - The review you have supplied is not accurate and we have no recollection of such an issue with any of our orders. Our MD would always respond no matter the time of day or weekend to anyone who claimed to have such an issue. I wonder if you could please contact our office and we would be more than happy to put you through to our MD to discuss this with you further as I am not even sure if you have the right company here as this is not the way we conduct ourselves. We ordered goods in February to be delivered in March and they have not arrived. Numerous attempts to contact the company by phone and email have failed. We have had no response for goods we have paid for.

No fail delivery, failed. A week late it arrived. Was offered a refund of 13% the value of the order. I had missed my event, so had no use for that. I still have not received my refund. 35 days later I have 100 units (since they missed my event) and i am £270 down....

Product j ordered swapped for one too small. Asked for this to be investigated, heard nothing. Paid for product not fit for purpose.

Product replaced with smaller one, not fit for purpose. I have asked for this matter to be looked into but have heard nothing so we now have a product that we have paid for in full which is not what we thought we were ordering. Shame as our previous experience with this company was excellent.

Shocking customer service. Invoice wrongly stated a delivery date which we were really counting on for the launch of our store. They argued that it was just an estimated delivery, the product arrived 9 days after the "delivery date!!". Their argument was the same, that I did not state a deadline date. They were unable to offer any form of compensation for the inconvenience caused and their response was to give 10% discount in the next order......except there won't be another offer.

Cancelled order as product was no longer stocked. 5 weeks on and no refund! Do not reply to emails, court action only option. Shocking behaviour, non-profit organisation who cannot afford to throw away money! Pitiful!

I've been having great difficulty with GoPromotional. I accepted a proof that was different (even had different colours) than the product I was sent. They recognise the problem but seem reluctant to rectify it. A month and a half later the case has not progressed.
