“The pens are very good and look nice. But i will mark down for the serious over charging of postage, £25 to send a small box is seriously overcharging, I deal with couriers every day and know what a fair price should be, so feel it is poor business to make profit from the delivery element. Shame really as it leave a sour taste”

“I was promised that I would receive my delivery on a certain date, before an event when I needed the items. I informed the account manager of the date when ordering, we were rushed to pay and then when the items did not arrive the account manager continually assured me they would arrive the next day, which was not the case. It was bad enough that the delivery date was missed, but when I got in touch and this wasn't event sorted until 4 days later (2 days after the event) this was terrible service.”

“We purchased Post It Notes and were extremely happy with them. Ordering was very simple and quick and the artwork was sent through quickly. GoPromotional were professional and helpful throughout the process and the items were delivered ahead of time. The product exceeded our expectations and we wouldn't hesitate to use this company again. Great Customer Service.”

“GoPromotional were able to deliver our branded USBs at short notice, meeting our very tight deadline which a number of other suppliers could not commit to. Martin was very responsive to our queries and kept us up to date with progress and delivery. The quality of the branding was super - just what was envisaged. Would definitely recommend GoPromotional to others and will return as a customer when the need arises.”
