“I contacted GoPromotional with a request for branded merchandise to support a major corporate event. Timescales were tight and shorter than the minimum time frames quoted on the website however I contacted Annette by phone who in turn contacted the supplier and got the job done. The merchandise was delivered on time and was of a great standard. The price was also very competitive and Annette was great and keeping me posted on order progress.”

“Very good communication with Tom, very good deal. Unfortunately the "eco" pens aren't very eco friendly when you see how short the ink tube is. I almost feel deceived. Hence the 1 star and unless you improve the pen's design , we won't be making another order.”

“Communication and ordering products with personalised detailing was key and very well handled. Left to the last minute Go Promotional still managed to deliver on time my order without hassle. “Initially I felt very let down with the customer service from this company and thought the testimonials must have been made up, however after I phoned up to complain Wendy took personal charge of my order and made every effort to ensure that it arrived on time within a very short deadline. I am pleased to say that the items arrived as promised and were excellent and represented great value for money. The items were also very well packaged to prevent damage in transit.”
