“I've been having great difficulty with GoPromotional. I accepted a proof that was different (even had different colours) than the product I was sent. They recognise the problem but seem reluctant to rectify it. A month and a half later the case has not progressed.”

“Danny was great. Ordered 250 bottles which turned up on time and looked great. They were made from recycled material which was even better. We did order some pens which didn't arrive due to export issues unfortunately but Danny sorted this out for us and we received a refund.”

“We wanted water bottles with a logo - Tom helped me find the right product. Tom was very helpful through out the process and the price was excellent. Only problem was my emails kept going to his junk, so there was a problem communicating to start with, hence a slight delay on delivery.”

“The branded bags we received were printed well and very good quality however service was slow and not proactive. We had shared artwork on December 19th a colleague and I then sent multiple chaser emails to place the order so that it would arrive for our deadline, but we received no response. I called Go Promotional on 2nd Jan and our order was handled well and arrived for the deadline but, we did have to pay an additional cost to air freight our order which could have been avoided if Go Promotional had responded to us in a timely manner. If I had never called I fear, we would have just been ignored which is not ideal.”
