“We approached Gopromotional Products with an idea for customised mugs for out Department, and we were not disappointed. “The t shirts did not arrive on time and on the day promised. Several chase ups and we were told there was no tracking number available and nobody could locate the items. I waited at the office until late on a Friday evening to no avail. We managed to rearrange our photo shoot to acomódate the late arrival the following week when the food were found but this was at some inconvenience. Also the sizes were not in line with normal size guidelines. Size 12 were the right size for women who normally were only a size 8. This meant that a number of the items were of no use. The sales rep was pleasant enough and it was not his fault but that was little consolation.”

“GP delivered our order, exactly as agreed and on time, for our event as needed, and the event participants loved our branded pencils, so it was well worth the order! But it was a disappointment to have an initial cheaper quote for stock which was not available when we came to order, so had to change for an off-brand colour at last minute and higher price. In future, please check stock before quoting for short-fulfilment orders.”
