“We were unable to order with GoPromotional because they do not accept purchasing cards which was a real shame. However, I thought Ryan did everything he could to help us. A suggestion would be to introduce purchasing cards as a payment method for your orders.”

“Very pleased with our promotional cotton shopper bags, which look extremely smart. They are well-printed, and the quality of the bags themselves is excellent, good enough to hold books, which is what we wanted - they don't look like they would tear easily. It was helpful that VAT was deducted at source as it saved us time. It was also helpful that Gopromotional recognised changes in the exchange rate and we were able to benefit from good sterling/euro conversion rates - this is worth querying with them if you're ordering from Ireland, as their advertised rates are not currently competitive. Personally we would have preferred a cheaper, slower delivery option (Fedex to Ireland, cost over €60 and we wouldn't have minded waiting a week and saving €40) - the delivery cost was also not included in the original quotation which was a bit startling as it did affect the competitiveness of the quotation, but that is a minor issue. The quality of the product itself - which you can't judge too well in the abstract from photos - was just what we wanted, and I would therefore recommend them.”
