“We've had two custom USB's produced by Gopromotional so far and we've been really happy with the results. We sent images for reference and they got the designs spot on. Communication is great and Jess is a pleasure to deal with. We will definitely be using them again.”

“I had a terrible experience with GoPromotional. I placed a corporate order which was guaranteed a certain delivery date. My account manager was initially very helpful and reassuring but she suddenly went very quiet. I called the company to be told she had left, but no real handover had taken place and no-one had had the courtesy to call me to inform me. Having had no luck by calling the main company number, I had to do some digging to track down the personal email of the MD to actually get any kind of response. As it turned out, my order was severely delayed and held up in China. It was supposed to be shipped overseas for an event but because the order was so late I had to take the items - in a very large and heavy box - with me on an economy flight to our overseas venue, incurring additional baggage charges, not to mention a whole heap of last-minute panic! The items themselves were fine, but I can honestly say this was the worst example of customer 'service' I have ever encountered. I didn't get offered a discount for the hassle and additional charges which I encountered and no follow-up call or apology. I am not a difficult customer by any means, I understand that sometimes things go wrong which are beyond our control, but I do expect a certain level of communication and customer care and both of these were entirely lacking.”

“Ryan (Williams) was super helpful and quick in his responses - We are really happy with the end product and with the goods being delivered on time was SO helpful - I have used companies before who promise delivery dates and are late so it was brilliant to get these turnaround on the promised time scale.”

“Really helped us out when our usual suppliers couldn't deliver what we needed on time - we will definitely be using GoPromotional again in future. The process was fairly simple and quick; the adviser was very polite and responsive. The product was good quality; the print was nice and clean, as expected. The one negative was that a few of the items did arrive damaged or incomplete so we are glad we checked each individual item. GoPromotional did resolve this for us though so that was much appreciated.”

“Took a while to get a response. The sample we requested took a while to come through. Then when we placed our order, the product that we wanted was out of stock, despite asking about that before hand. We were asked if the invoice address was the same as the delivery address when we'd made it quite clear in our emails which was which. Generally, a needed a lot of chasing, and we felt the service wasn't as good as the competitor that we then used instead.”
