“The customer service was impeccable. All of my questions were answered on the same day and the product arrived exactly on time - we had asked for a slightly faster turnaround time and delivery so we really appreciated your help with this. Amy was incredibly friendly and helpful and we will absolutely be ordering from you again next year. We will also be increasing our orders to include additional products as the service was the best we found out of all the companies we ordered from. Thanks again!”

“When the mugs arrived, the design was printed considerably smaller than the proofs supplied and the reference image we supplied. None of the paperwork specified there would be a tolerance percentage in the printing (if there had of been - we would of supplied different artwork). The attempt at resolving the issue was poor - no offer of a reprint, no partial refund, just a discount on the next order, which based on our experience will not be using you again or recommending to any of our clients. Hugely disappointing.”
