“Deliver was weeks over agreed, missed the campaign that we needed them for, so no use for items. Even asked for this review before the items had arrived so had an idea of the order status. Took a week to reply to the complaint and just sighted terms and conditions offering no competition and blaming third party couriers. Took no responsibility. A very expensive error on us using this company, advise to not use unless you are happy to wait months for items and have zero communication after you have paid.”

“Great company to deal with, had an account manager that dealt with us from start to finish of our order which is really helpful and a nice personal touch. We had a slight problem, but this was resolved with quickly and efficiently. We will be using them again and would certainly recommend GoPromotional.”
