“Customer service was super friendly and the price for the custom items we ordered was competitive. Had an issue with ordering items which ended up being out of stock however this was quickly resolved and a replacement product was ordered.”

“Excellent logo design, my contact Danny Simmons was really helpful throughout, patient with my endless requests amd I am delighted with the end product. The only flaw (and only for the Corona virus crisis this would have been serious) was the delay in delivery. Having planned a re-branding launch for 14th March arrival of products for 13th was critical; the bags arrived on the 16th and the sweets only arrived on the 19th.”

“It took us a long time to complete our order, as we were debating over the best products to select. Molly was incredibly helpful and patient with us throughout the entire process and made the ordering process very easy. The products themselves were quick to arrive and of a good quality. The only downside, was that the colours of our logo didn't come out very well on the organic bag we selected, I think this was because of the natural colour of the fabric, which made our fuchia, look more like tomato! Aside from that I would thoroughly recommend GoPromotional, and Molly in particular.”

“We wanted water bottles with a logo - Tom helped me find the right product. Tom was very helpful through out the process and the price was excellent. Only problem was my emails kept going to his junk, so there was a problem communicating to start with, hence a slight delay on delivery.”

“Good customer service - resolved an issue with our printed products quickly and efficiently. Final product looked good and was well-received by our conference delegates. Feel that delivery charge was quite steep and pushed the unit price of the books up higher than anticipated so either a delivered cost (for transparency) or a keener delivery charge would be more appropriate. I would recommend this supplier and we will consider using again.”
