“The product ordered was initself excellent, unfortunately the delivery experience was far from satisfactory. Order online with all the delivery info correct the dispatchers at GoPromotional entered the wrong address on the delivery information to the courier, this meant a missed delivery.”

“Order discussed at length with sales representative who advised on appropriate specifics of what we wanted. When the order was raised, there was little information to it and it manifested that what we requested had not correctly transpired into the order prepared. When this issue was raised to the GP team (and moreover our limited understanding of their product and reliance placed upon their sales team and their expertise), they were inflexible regarding any responsibility or understanding towards our concerns and the issues we had with the poor quality of the goods and service received. As a business owner, i would suggest that other business owners look elsewhere for better product and service as the capability of the staff and service along with the calibre of the goods received in my opinion is questionable.”
