“Very efficient once order was placed and quality of goods was very good. They turned the order around very quickly for us. Only disappointment was that they were out of stock for the cups we wanted but our time frame for turnaround was tight and the alternatives provided worked well. Could also have looked at promoting the two colours in our logo better. Overall though I would recommend them to others.”

“This is an excellent company. Right from the first inquiry they were helpful and very efficient. The bags are just what we wanted, the artwork perfect, and the price very competitive. I cannot recommend GoPromotional highly enough.”

“I placed an order for notepads and pens, they looked great and arrived just in time! My only criticism is the lack of personal touch with the service e.g. use of template emails in the correspondence from the sales team. I never heard back on a few requests or there was a slow response. But overall, pleased with the quality of product.”

“If I was very picky I might complain about the lead time, which was a few months. But in all fairness the lead time was made clear from the very beginning. The process of getting my visuals put together was very helpful, the staff I dealt with by email were friendly and forthcoming with information and the product is absolutely spot on. Everyone loves our plastic free jute bags. I am sure I will be ordering from GoPromotional again at some point and would definitely recommend.”
