“The customer services was outstanding- thank you Laura :) however, unfortunately the bags were printed in the wrong colour( different from proofs) and in the end we could not proceed with this order due to short lead-time for an event. Just to add, full refund have been received and i will use them again in teh future.”

“George was dealing with our order of branded pens for a work conference and he was very professional in handing all our requirements. We made a few changes and nothing was an issue. We also received the pens in the allocated time scales which was perfect. We will definitely use Go Promotional again in the future.”

“The process of getting the design we wanted on the pencil was great. The colleague dealing with us was always quick to get back to us and send over the correct measurements we needed. However, after pencils were purchased, the lead time took a little longer than expected, and there is an overlap on the pencil where the design print meets despite us sending back the suitable designs within their measurements. This is why we think they've done an acceptable job.”

“Everything went as expected, however, I could have used more updates on the order process. I only received an update of delivery when asked for it. Would recommend adding "your order has been dispatched" or "your order will be delivered on this particular day" updates, so that the customer doesn't have to wonder when the products will arrive.”

“We ordered a specific model of mugs but received a smaller and lower quality one with no explanation or warning. Topaz feels cheap and is extra light and small with sharp rim. 3 days of back and forth and still no clear answer as to what the company will do to rectify this. Having to email and call several times a day. We ordered a specific model because it is a tradition for our recipients to receive that special one at a ceremony each year. This is so disappointing. Complete lack of consideration for the customer.”
