“Tom Raine is probably the fastest responder I've ever communicated with - all our requests were handled in less than 5 minutes and placing a order has never been easier & quicker. The order was delivered on time and the items look just as shown on the website. Excellent service in all aspects, great prices and we'll definitely be back for more.”

“We constantly had to chase up our delivery which was late and chaotic. We had one order but it arrived at three different times. No communication from the company at all. Very poor customer service.”

“The initial sales process went smoothly however when I checked in to see if our pens were being delivered on the expected delivery date, it was only then that they realised their supplier hadn't processed the order (although the supplier apparently acknowledged the order). I know they deal with large numbers of orders but hopefully they'll develop better checks within the process to avoid this disappointing scenario.”

“Happy with the quality of products order & the price was competitive when compared to similar companies. Delivery cost and timescales to the North of Scotland were spot on - would have been nice to know the items ordered would arrive separately. Cannot fault the customer service from Thomas. The only downside, the logo on the pens ordered turned out to be a bit on the small side but still perfectly legible.”

“The products were all correct just like in the pictures and the design team worked very swiftly to us proof asap. But the biggest highlight of our experience with Go Promotional has been the customer service. We were in a big time crunch to get the products we ordered and Laura was an absolute star, always incredibly helpful, professional and polite. We will definitely count on them again!!”

“We approached GoPromotional for branded water bottles, notepads, mechanical pencils, scale rules and tote bags. The team at GoPromotional were really helpful with placing our logo onto the product designs. The final products look great, lovely quality of product and printing. The customer service was excellent throughout, the account manager we worked with, George, was always very friendly and helpful. We'll definitely use GoPromotional again in the future for branded products.”
