“It didn't arrive when it was supposed to, yet we were charged an additional fee for it to arrive by this date. Apart from that, really liked the product.”

“I like the product ( 50 hand clappers), but found ordering online impossible as they had no place for colour choice. I also found writing endless emails to creep towards a quote and even having to write an email to repeat the quote I was asking for rather tedious. The delivery price seemed quite steep too. Once ordered the hand clappers arrived quite promptly.”

“Actual product is fantastic, but unfortunately our first order slipped through somewhere and got missed causing delays and second order was firstly miss quoted then didn't come when it said it would even though I had email confirmation & rang them three times prior to triple check... So advise is order well in advance! As the actual product is great”

“The service is really efficient and trustworthy. I've gotten back my email really quick and the quality of the products is undeniably good. The only issue that really matters is the delivery services, the timing of delivering should be double confirmed with the receiver and a confirmation email should be sent to the purchaser in order to keep track of the parcel.”

“The service was excellent however the product let them down and on the first time of use the silver insulation had come away on the side of the cool box lid- and they weren't cheap!”

Dear Jo - I hope you are well - for your reference we did not supply the cooler bags to you on this occasion so I think you need to take your potential issue up with the relevant supplier.

“The initial enquiry was dealt with very well as was the follow up to the order, unfortunately the logo on the Umbrella is very small , maybe discuss this when ordering as we were hoping for more of an impact. The Umbrella are good quality, pity the logos are so small.”

“The colour did not come out as bright on the mug as was shown on the template that was agreed via email. Very disappointing that what I approved was not how the product looked. I emailed asking for a reprint to be considered. I know a reprint was a big ask but I didn't even get a reply to my email. Shame as all other correspondance had been pleasing”
