Very keen to secure the order, but the after sales service was shocking, down to not being able to trace the shipment after it had been dispatched, nor provide any update as to when it would be delivered - eventually missing the “guaranteed” delivery slot, and therefore not being able to be sent to the event these items were needed at. When the items eventually turned up, the boxes were damaged/open and in a really poor condition. Overall a good product but awful customer focus and awful customer service.

Wrong Logo, Wrong product, Delayed Delivery, Only received less than half of my actual order and very poor customer service by ignoring emails

Very friendly on the phone, and very quick to place order, but the product never arrived, even after paying more for fast delivery. I have been advised that a refund has been issued.

A had a great experience when I first approached them and Amir dealt with us. Sadly that staff member has left. Since Tom has taken over our account our order has gone wrong, he has mislead us on a delivery making strange claims that his personal emails to us were 'automated' and he doesn't know how they were sent. He has been evasive, promising to 'get to the bottom' of the problem. He indicated a re-delivery which never turned up. He takes no responsibility at all. Promises us he'll speak to his manager, we haven't had any follow up. Terrible customer service.

The Order I placed arrived outside the maximum delivery expected date of 19th Dec. (It arrived at 4pm on 20th Dec. I required them for a Trade show at 9am on this same date, 50 miles away.). I contacted Go Promotional in November when I placed the order to ensure delivery would be on time for the show. I was assured it would be and that it might arrive towards the latter end of the expected delivery dates, however it was still late. What was worse was the subsequent invoice to state the items were delivered on the 19th. The day before they we actually delivered. I had been in contacted with the Courier service daily in the run up to delivery and they only arrived in Dublin Port on this date, It still had to go to central processing and then get distributed regionally, which to be fair, the courier service did in a very prompt manner. Luckily I have another trade show that I can use the stock for in early spring. However I was left very frustrated from the lack of communication by GoPromotional. I had to source answers and the company was not proactive to the myself in communicating their timeline /production/delivery issues. had they done this, I could have at least sourced alternative products.

Very good communication with Tom, very good deal. Unfortunately the "eco" pens aren't very eco friendly when you see how short the ink tube is. I almost feel deceived. Hence the 1 star and unless you improve the pen's design , we won't be making another order.

Costs went up by 50% AFTER the invoice had been paid and you would not honour the original price. It caused a lot of problems as we had to source from elsewhere at short notice and ended up paying more than our original budget which again caused us issues. Despite this I have had 2 emails asking for feedback and a review even though we never ordered. The feedback was not responded to (despite the email saying how important it was) and it took 2 weeks for the money we paid out in good faith to be refunded. Overall a terrible experience.

We requested an order from them in Jan and was advised that it would take 3 weeks to deliver. We were then advised that the order would not be able to be delivered in the 2 parts that we required. We advised the sales manager that this was not acceptable and did not want the order in 2 part it was required for the safety programme and to cancel the order. This was completely ignored and half the order turned up and was advised that the pens ordered would not be available until Apr earliest. We are now at the 27th Apr and no information has been received and we still have no pens. Totally unacceptable if you cant fulfil an order don't take it.

A date for delivery was discussed well in advance of our needs. This was agreed. Sadly, 4 weeks later we were informed that the delivery date couldn't be met. Also, payment was taken in advance of the order, despite this being in contradiction to the order. obtaining a refund has been a nightmare and I'm not sure that we have had this as yet. Will avoid GoPromotional in future!

Item paid for was no longer available. The alternative was not suitable. It was very difficult to contact anyone at the company to organise a refund. Eventually organised the refund via the credit card company. Fobbed off with lies of promised refund for over 3 weeks - not happy. Luckily we paid on credit card and were able to persue our refund this way.

I was promised that I would receive my delivery on a certain date, before an event when I needed the items. I informed the account manager of the date when ordering, we were rushed to pay and then when the items did not arrive the account manager continually assured me they would arrive the next day, which was not the case. It was bad enough that the delivery date was missed, but when I got in touch and this wasn't event sorted until 4 days later (2 days after the event) this was terrible service.

The delivery deadlines were not met, despite being guaranteed and the order being placed 6 weeks before the final requested deadline. Disappointing service and poor management.

Unfortunately, the wrong product was delivered and caused no end of problems. We were not told that the item we had ordered was out of stock and they just went and printed what they called an alternative which was a different product all together. We were then told we could have a £200 discount, off an order we did not want and that cost over £3000. This was more of an insult. We eventually, after much haggling, agreed to pay 50% of the cost which we were told had to be settled within 7 days as they were doing us a favour by giving us a discount. Considering we specifically did not want the product we were supplied and have now had to source an alternative and pay again, I am afraid I cannot be positive about the experience.

"Ordered and paid for a sample over two weeks ago. It took me chasing them to find out that they don't do sample of this particular item even though the website allows it to be ordered. I have then had to call them back to request a refund. Very poor service

We ordered polo shirts, were told they were in stock, approved the artwork, paid (£1500 +) and were then told that the shirts were not in stock. We were working to a tight deadline and lost valuable time. We have now ordered the shirts elsewhere but they will arrive later than we wanted because of the time lost to us by GoPromotional.

I had a terrible experience with GoPromotional. I placed a corporate order which was guaranteed a certain delivery date. My account manager was initially very helpful and reassuring but she suddenly went very quiet. I called the company to be told she had left, but no real handover had taken place and no-one had had the courtesy to call me to inform me. Having had no luck by calling the main company number, I had to do some digging to track down the personal email of the MD to actually get any kind of response. As it turned out, my order was severely delayed and held up in China. It was supposed to be shipped overseas for an event but because the order was so late I had to take the items - in a very large and heavy box - with me on an economy flight to our overseas venue, incurring additional baggage charges, not to mention a whole heap of last-minute panic! The items themselves were fine, but I can honestly say this was the worst example of customer 'service' I have ever encountered. I didn't get offered a discount for the hassle and additional charges which I encountered and no follow-up call or apology. I am not a difficult customer by any means, I understand that sometimes things go wrong which are beyond our control, but I do expect a certain level of communication and customer care and both of these were entirely lacking.

3 of our directors had travelled to the uk to attend an important event which only takes place once a year. We planned to introduce our brand to attendees. We ordered branded promotional items from gopro. Gopro confirmed the items were scheduled for timely delivery. On the agreed delivery date we called to enquire about the order and we learned the items would not arrive as they had not been printed. We had to use unbranded items
