“The whole process was very smooth and was managed flawlessly by the GoPromotional representative, Danny, who was catering for my companies needs. Danny was exceedingly helpful and was open to every idea I threw at him which was wonderful, because I now know that the product I have ordered will perfectly match my criteria. I have absolutely no complaints about the customer service. The price was perfectly reasonable and as good, if not better than you would get from any other promotional organisation. I will certainly be using GoPromotional in future for any promotional equipment my company needs. I would recommend GoPromotional to everyone.”

“I have used GoPromotional before and once again they have exceed on every level. Tom is an excellent representative for the customer. I required an urgent order due to was being held and Tom turned the order round with exact specifications extremely quickly. The end result was excellent and I know I will be using the company again.”

“Cancelled order as product was no longer stocked. 5 weeks on and no refund! Do not reply to emails, court action only option. Shocking behaviour, non-profit organisation who cannot afford to throw away money! Pitiful!”

“I can't recommend GoPromotional, specifically Tom enough. We had 1 week to get 200 branded bottles delivered after our other product supplier completely messed up our order. He pushed through the artwork and the invoice within 10 minutes of getting off the phone with him and all the bottles were delivered as promised on time! We will be using GoPromotional from now on and would recommend anyone looking for branded merchandise to call and ask for Tom!”
