“I had a great experience ordering through GoPromotional. I worked with George who helped put everything together. Despite a few problems our end, George was patient and understanding. Some of our products have arrived sooner than expected and they look brilliant. We'll definitely use their services in the future.”

“Excellent customer service, all queries were promptly addressed. The turn around time between ordering and delivering can however be improved, though I am aware it would depend on volume of work ordered. Overall good product and service.”

“We had an AWFUL experience ordering products via GoPromotional. The worst customer service I have every experienced from any company. I don't normally write reviews but feel compelled to in this instance to warn others. We ordered some branded bags for school children (as a thank you for their help with an event) back on 22 March with an urgent turnaround and a promise of delivery by 28th March. They weren't delivered to them until 26 May!! I had no updates, no apologies, no refund (except for the extra delivery charge I paid for the urgent delivery which I had to push for) and had to constantly call them for any information as they did not get back to me with any updates. They were not proactive or apologetic in the slightest. They simply blamed external suppliers and would not take any responsibility. In the end I had to insist upon and organise a final courier delivery myself. I was so embarrassed for our school customer, and in particular for the school children who had been promised their bags before the Easter holidays and did not receive them until after the May half term! If I had known it would take so long, I would have insisted on a full refund at the outset and gone elsewhere, when they messed up on the first delivery - easier said in hindsight. Even now, after this experience I have heard nothing further from them, no apology, refund etc. I run a business myself and would be appalled if any customer of mine was treated in this way. Warning to others - avoid at all costs!!”

“We are a small charity and are always looking for items to both promote us and bring in an income. We try to look for products that are useful, are a good price and sustainable and these keyrings fitted the bill perfectly. The service we received from Laura was excellent, nothing was too much trouble even when we were up against a deadline and struggling to get everything done. Laura was brilliant. Turn-around was quick and so was delivery. We will certainly be looking at products from GoPromotional in the future.”

“Thomas was very helpful in listening to the requirements of Safe Places Shropshire. We have purchased pens and bookmarks. We received the designs and quotes very quickly and they were competitive. We had proofs to check before placing our orders and then they placed on order quickly. The only downside was a blip meant we were not informed the pens would be a few days late but Go Promotional admitted and apologised for their mistake to which we are grateful. As a new customer, the blip has not put us off and we hope (as funds allow as we are a small charity) to do future business with Go Promotional.”

“Laura was a big help in us receiving an order that was exactly what we wanted, even with a tight turnaround. The design process was simple and we got mock-ups with every change we made so we knew what the product would look like. The product we received was good quality and it arrived when we expected.
