“Go Promotional were fantastic from point of requesting a quote to completing the order. There was a quick and clear stream of information provided, excellent images to ensure our order would be printed correctly and good quality products received at the end. We will definitely be returning to Gopromotional for our additions merch needs in the future.”

“We placed an order on February 24th giving us ample time per the order timeline we were given. I asked repeatedly if there was an updated timeline and received no response. When our orders were shipped the UK order was shipped 4+ days prior to the US order, which does not make any logical sense. We had to scramble to change the shipping address and rush ship our order to the US. We ended up spending a lot of money on a new order from a US vendor that we knew we could receive in time. Very unfortunate experience. If the US order had been shipped when the UK one was, instead of the UK order being done first, we would not have had to worry.”

“They worked with me to get the design right and dealt with a changing brief very well. When there was a manufacturer issue with the lid colours, Richard dealt with this swiftly and swapped them out for the correct colour quickly and also gave us discount. I would recommend their services and I will continue to use them.”
