“I placed an order for 2000 carrier bags and when I chased it up after not hearing anything for a month I was told that the colour I had ordered wasn't available. This meant that I had to cancel the order and will be looking elsewhere.”

“GoPromotional were really quick with their responses, helping me out with a corporate event requirement with a tight deadline. Tom Raine was extremely helpful, and very honest with regards to realistic turnaround times. He helped me to refine my order to a design that could be produced in time. The order turned up exactly on the date advised, even in light of us unexpectedly having one working day less due to the Queens funeral. Excellent service, I would consider using the company again.”

“I ordered 100 tote bags recently and they were delivered ahead of time and were of fantastic quality. I dealt with Tom Raine and he couldn't have been more helpful. Any questions I had were answered in a timely manner and he was really easy to work with. Thank you - the delegates at my conference loved their bags.”
