“The initial reply was prompt and artwork seemed fine. The end product of printed tote bags was also fine. However in between we received a consignment where the printing had gone totally wrong - evidently not properly checked before despatch. Staff were prompt and courteous in dealing with the issue. The problem was resolved after a short delay by a complete rerun of the order, so it was more than a week before the order was completed.”

“The finished products looked brilliant and very professional. The designs worked really well. The price was reasonable too. Deliveries were painless and the items came through as ready - the turnaround time between placing the order and delivery was impressive. One area for improvement might be to liaise more with the customer as I needed input as to what colour combinations would work best but I had to go with gut feeling eventually.”

“Very pleased with service provided. I was in contact with Laura who was always super quick to reply, suggested great products from my description of what I was looking for (even if not on the website) and answered my many questions! There was a slight issue with 1 delivery and she quickly resolved it and with a free product (again - great service). Also cheaper than other quotes I received too.”

“We ordered bespoke key rings from go promotional and I'm very happy with the quality. The ordering process was great too. Tom was super quick and helpful with responses to my questions throughout the process. Delivery was later than expected but I don't believe this was the fault of GoPromotional. 10/10 will use again.”
