“I thought it was expensive at the beginning, but I had no idea of where to begin the process of claiming my money back on my own. This company took away my concerns, and managed the claim satisfactorily, which I feel in this case, the money was well spent.”

“Could not have been handled more efficiently or effectively. Communication was excellent from the moment of contact. I was given clear and concise information and guided throughout the process. “when i contacted Goodwin Barrett regarding a claim about some mis-sold investments i wasn't sure they would be able to help as it had been many years and i no longer had any existing paperwork but they were absoultly fantastic over the next few weeks a member of the team took over my case and apart from a few phone calls with Goodwin Barrett they did all the work and keep me informed every step of the way. Everyone was so friendly and professional and genuinely seemed sympathetic about what had happened to me and without their help i would never have been able to claim back over thirty seven thousand pound i was owed. I can't thank all the team at Goodwin Barrett enough,give them a call the process is easier than you think,they may be able to help you”

“Goodwin Barrett are an excellent company, prompt and efficient service, and fully explained all the procedures and possible outcomes, if they made an appointment for a certain time they fulfilled it. Although not a lot of money involved we did get what they predicted and well worth their expertise! I would recommend them to pursue a claim with the best possible results. clients who take up adverts in the paper or on line take a risk and we were aware of this, because of fraudulent scams, but no need here very reputable. Fully recommend.”

“I was delighted to receive an amount of money to which I had no idea that I was entitled, simply by responding to a newspaper ad. The work was carried out quickly and accurately (despite my records being many years old), and the only negative was a couple of letters to me which referred to my claim as being against Halifax Investments (i.e., rather than Lloyds TSB, the real miscreants). Would recommend without hesitation.”

“I was in an extremely vulnerable situation when I was cynically mis-sold an investment by my late husband's bank. Having spent the next years believing that nothing could be done,I was overwhelmed when Goodwin Barrett took on my case and within weeks, I received back all the lost money, plus compensation!! My situation was handled with sensitivity and with the minimum amount of stress to me. I am so glad that I made the decision to contact them, as the unjust behavior of the bank in question has now been addressed.”
