“I found Goodwin Barrett extremely helpful, very professional . I had been mis sold a Isa with Lloyds Bank I saw their advert on Social Media . Customer service Jenna in particular was very helpful she explained everything. I was kept informed all the way and my claim was upheld and dealt with within 4 weeks. I was very pleased with the outcome and I would definitely recommend this company.”

“I saw the advert on facebook , which said have you ever been mis-sold an investment which i had some years before. I contacted them, within a couple of days a lady phoned me back, i gave her my details, she was very helpful, and said it usually takes a few weeks, we will keep you posted along the way, which they did. 8 weeks later i recieved a nice cheque, i would recommend anyone who has been mis - sold an investment plan to contact them , it is a very easy process, they were very professional and helpful from start to finish.”

“My wife heard about Goodwin and Barrett on the radio and asked me to contact them I was very sceptical that this would be a waste of time.But to my surprise they came up trumps.All I can say is the staff at Goodwin and Barrett are very professional and thorough in the job of taking you through all the stages of recovering your money.I would recommend this company to any body that’s had a miss sold investment.”

“Mis-sold unit trusts by Bank in 1998. Had complained to Bank then -- but to no avail, paperwork thrown away by me a long time ago, so did not expect any positive outcome. However after some 8 months the Bank finally paid £7,305 plus £150 for their tardiness in dealing with the matter -- RESULT!!! Thank you very much Goodwin Barrett.💋💋💋”

“I was very sceptical about my chances of success on claiming any monetry returns, I took the step to call Goodwin Barrett who from the off speaking to the their staff member on wanting to access their help on making a claim, the staff member was so helpful on the information and the actions to be taken by myself and themselves on this matter, I felt 100% more comfartable on the journey they were going to take me. From start to finish I was kept informed on what was tranceacting and when I was informed of the outcome of their extensive enquiries that they had been able to retrieve a very good offer of refunding, myself and wife were over the moon. I would advise anyone who may feel as I did in the beginning please have trust in the company, the were top class, excellence is a good word to pay tribute to their resolve. don't hesitate act and I am sure you agree with me at the end result. “Contacted Goodwin Barrett about an investment which was taken out over 25 years ago. Didn't think there was any chance of getting a refund but I receive a settlement of over £4,486 . I had no paperwork but the matter was settled and money in my account within a very short time just at the right time as I was not working due to the coronavirus Well done Goodwin Barrett, great service would highly recommend this company. Kept me informed throughout and were very helpful.”

“Like most other people I heard about Goodwin Barrett from the radio. Having tried a few times before to get a claim and failed I was very sceptical, when you have failed a couple of times it knocks your confidence. They were so nice to talk to I changed my mind very quickly. I can't thank them enough for how they have worked with me every step of the way. I would certainly recommend them to someone. “We are very happy with our recent experience with GoodwinBarrett. All through our process we were kept updated regularly with texts and emails. Staff were always available to help with any queries and nothing was too much trouble. The representative from the company that called at our home to get paperwork complete was very professional and efficient with their time and communication. All in all, we would not hesitate to use this company again for a favourable outcome.”

“Like a lot of other people I heard a Goodwin Barrett advert on the radio.I had invested some money a few years ago,it never increased in value, it decreased, the advice I had been given was not right for me. Because this was quite a few years ago I had written it off as a bad experiance. I am glad to say Goodwin Barrett thought it was bad advice and managed to get me a claim. A very easy and successful outcome. Very nice people.”

“I was a bit sceptical at first but on speaking with their advisors I felt a bit more at ease. They kept in contact with me through the process with updates of what was happening. I was surprised how quickly we were made an acceptable offer for our claim. Hats of to Goodwin Barrett and a big thanks from us.”
