“Brilliant customer service . I had ordered 2 pieces from the sale and one piece was wrong , before I had received the parcel , I had an email explaining the problem and explaining how to send it back free of charge . Refunded the original postage. Cheers”

“Goodhood is without doubt my favourite menswear store - nice products and friendly staff, the latter of which many many London clothes shops cannot claim. It would be great to see collections from brands like Brain Dead, Needles and Sasquatchfabrix expanded, and others like Engineered Garments included in the mix. Keep up the good work!”

“This time the usual careful packaging was totally absent. My two shoe boxes were thrown in a single big box which was crushed. Consequently my lovely Vans WTAP’s boxes looked like they had been sat on. An email to customer service yielded nothing apart from an apology, no goodwill offer to replace the crushed box or a discount off my next purchase. If you’re a Vans collector you know how we feel about nice boxes :)”

“Prompt and efficient delivery and well communicated. One shoe of my pair was slightly crushed and the in-shoe packaging didn’t match on both which made me wonder if it was a returned pair which I had bought. Not enough to complain or refund about so overall quite happy but thought I would mention as I was asked for a review...”

“I wanted to collect these items in store, free of charge, but there was no option to do this on the site at the time, So, instead I paid £4 for delivery. The terms suggested this would take 2-3 days however, I had to chase my order and it ended up arriving 5 working days later, so I was a little disappointed with my service this time. Im really happy with the item itself though.”
