“Paid £250 for a Cav Empt hoodie when everywhere else sold it for £200 and on top of that didn't even get free delivery. Not happy”

“The tags on the item are all tore off so i feel like i was buying a second hand or returned product. You offered additional 10% off just 2 days after i made purchase. I was told it's final sale when I placed order so it's disappointing.”

“I was impressed with my product, although was very confused why I had £38.00 of my shoes refunded. I had tried calling the customer service line a few times to find out whether this was a mistake or not because I had a shipping email confirmed (also because I am an honest person and don't feel it's right to take a companies money). It became apparent when I received the shoes they were 'B-stock' aka damaged or returned goods. Although I'm not a fussy customer the damaged box and scuffed back of the shoes would have probably riled up another customer had it of not been me. And an explaination email as to why I was getting a refund would have helped instead of me constantly calling a dead line for an hour 4 times on my day off. Apart from that your service previously has been seamless. But what harm does a little feedback do eh?! Keep doing what you're doing but please keep us in the loop! You could of ended up with a complaint and a very dissatisfied customer.”
