“As usual, the service was great, I ordered something for a present, then was informed it would be delayed and after speaking to someone on the team they did what they could to speed it up and it was delivered on time. So, really happy someone took the effort to sort it out.”

“The sale advisor on the shop floor was lovely ! She helped me with the sale items, and advice to try as the return policy is different with sale ! I was with a baby and a stroller … and she was very Helpful! Thank you I had a super good experience and I’m super happy with my dress!”

“I received an email to say my order had been delayed and it would be 2-4 days before they’d be dispatched so I replied asking for the order to be cancelled.I received no reply and the shoes were convientally dispatched the next day and then I was emailed back and told my order couldn’t be cancelled because it had been dispatched.Poor service.”
