“Great selection of items and usually very obliging staff, but delivery times are poor. Having to pay for orders/returns also differentiates you negatively versus other retailers.”

“"I only received one of the two items I ordered, despite the tote bag still showing as in stock. I contacted customer service via email but never received a response. Instead, I was issued a $17 discount/refund, which seems to have been for the missing tote bag, not for the inconvenience caused. This was disappointing, as these items were meant to be a gift, and the delay—nearly a month—meant I couldn’t present them on time. I shop here often, but this experience was far from satisfactory."”

“I received the wrong item. I’ve emailed 6-7 times to various customer service emails, I had no reply for 2 weeks. Finally someone got back to me saying that I will receive my items as soon as possible. This is not good enough.”

“I ordered three of the same item as gifts. One of them came without tags and had very clearly been opened. I sent four emails to Goodhood requesting assistance and did not receive a reply. I even tried sending from multiple email addresses just in case my messages were going to a spam folder. After reading several other reviews, it is apparent that this company has a practice of ignoring customer service emails. I previously had a very good experience with a purchase from Goodhood, so I'm particularly disappointed. If you are considering purchasing from this company, operate under the assumption that your purchase is a final sale because it doesn't seem you will get any help if you want to make a return or there is a problem with your item.”

“I’ve been to this store countless times, and I have to say, the new location is my favorite so far. It’s definitely one of the best stores in the UK for me. You don’t find many places with just the right vibe and the freedom to browse without pressure. As someone who loves streetwear, unisex pieces, and cuts that fit my small frame without overwhelming me—and let’s not forget, I’m a total sneaker addict—this place hits the mark. Even after moving out of London, I still shop online here. If you’re in London, definitely make a stop here.”
