“Item has not arrived. No phone number to contact just rely on email. Not even had a shipping notification nearly two weeks later. £330 taken out of account and no contact to say what is happening. Will never shop here again.”

“When I ordered my scarf the product description read "100% Extra-Fine Merino Wool" however when it arrived I was dismayed to realise the fabric is 100% acrylic - as stated on the care label. Have I been sent the wrong product? Or was the website description incorrect? You no longer have the scarf I ordered online so I want to know in advance if I send it back I'll receive the correct product. I still have the scarf and am awaiting advice on what can be done to resolve this issue.”
