Did not receive our vitamins order, so was promised a free packet once they eventually arrived but after at least three emails to ask where my free packet is I have had NO reply 😡 so yes not happy

Items did not arrive. After 13 days I contacted Goodlife, and they said they would send the products again. Waiting for the products at the moment. First order wase sent through the Royal Mail, but the tracking did not show any tracks?

This is a review of the Nighttime Magnesium. Although really hopeful this did not work at all for my husband. He was awake for even longer during the night than usual after taking the capsules and will not take any more. Other than this I have been very pleased with all the products purchased and when something did not arrive you sent a replacement.

If I could give you minus hundred I would - I put the order in with the free voucher and which it would not take and then I tried again and it did take the order without the voucher free offer within 10 minutes I had emailed you to say cancel the order - but have continued to take no notice of my request to cancel the order. Buy beware of this offer of a free book on spices as it not the case. One very unhappy customer

I ordered a pack of Lyprinol on 26th October and still haven't received it. I emailed Good Life several days ago to raise this problem and have had no reply or acknowledgement. Very dissatisfied.

After having received an email saying the product I bought was on its way, I proceeded to try tracking it…….to no avail! I then made a call to customer service as it was to be sent Royal Mail 48hr……after speaking to a person, I was PROMISED he would get back to me after looking into it. If I hadn’t called them back a couple days later, lord knows how long I would have had to wait! After the second phone call the time I was given was half an hour and they would get back to me. Three hours later, I was still waiting, so I rang…….yet again. Excuse, after excuse was given. Having run out of the item…….more coming from Germany……..then why send out emails to say it was on its way!??! Very, very poor customer relations! Very dubious about ever ordering again!

Not had a good experience with this company. Placed an order which was duplicated I contacted company and was reassured through a phone call and email that one was cancelled and money refunded. However two items arrived separately and have been charged for the two. Not good.

We are very sorry your experience was below our usual standard, Mary. You have now been refunded with our apologies.
This was delivered by royal Mail to an empty house,They left a card but the person who lives there lives alone, and was taken to a care home,two monthsago.The package was left on the doorstep, and i have yet to see if it is still there as i am going there on Thursday to find out,if not it will have been stolen, so the royal mail should not be delivering to an empty house, they do not know if it is empty permanently,as is the case here.

We are so sorry that the Royal Mail did not make the delivery, and completely understand the upset that this has caused. Should you discover that the package is not there, please let us know and we will refund the full cost to you. Our apologies, however as you are in Germany we are subject to the German postal system and since Brexit many deliveries into EU & Schengen Area countries have been subject to extended delays which are beyond our control. Please use the Track & Trace tracking number which has been sent to you to find out wheer the package is in the syste. We assure you that there was no delay in dispatching the book from us, in fact it was in the post the following day.
The process went smoothly from beginning to end. Quick delivery with little actual customer service contact.

We are so sorry that you haven't received your order, please contact us at goodlife@oxonpress.co.uk and we will resolve this for you. As you will see from other comments this is a very unusual situation and most orders are received within 2-3 days, but issues with the postal service recently have caused some disruption.
Having investigated your missed delivery it appears that the Royal Mail attempted to deliver on the 3rd October 2022 but there wasn't anyone to receive the pack, thus you would need to contact them through their Track and Trace service to rebook the delivery. Please contact us on the email previously given if you need the tracking number for your package.
Ordered goods which were despatched on the 3rd of this month, but have not been delivered. Now 19th December.

We are so sorry for the delays in deliveries which has been due to COVID absentees and driver shortages in the Royal Mail, coupled with a huge increase in packages over the Christmas period - much like many other couriers. The team at the Good Life Letter are doing what we can to speed up delivery, and hope that you can bear with us and the mail system at the current time.
I ordered a pack of 3 capsules but only received 1 bottle despite paying for 3. I’ve sent 3 messages over past 2-3 weeks & told they’re being sent but still no show. I even telephoned their shop & told will send straight away but had postal problems 2 days ago. So I now await to see if I get them in a couple of days? I’m losing my patience

We're so sorry that there has been a delay in you receiving your order, this really isn't normal for the Good Life Letter. We have been packing and placing all orders in the post on the day of ordering to try to speed deliveries up, but with huge delays in all delivery services at the moment it is as frustrating for us as it is for you.
My review would be very poor, if the icons would work. I have 2 x outstanding orders with you from 11th August 2021, with no confirmation of shipping. But you have taken my money from my credit card account!!!!!! As you confirmed you have received both of my orders, I have only had a refund for one order. Please confirm when I will receive a refund for the second order.

We are so sorry that you haven't received your orders, however, the packages have been returned to us today stating that they hadn't been collected from the post service. Naturally this is completely beyond our control, however, we have credited the cost back to your card today, and would have been able to help further if you had called or emailed us when this issue first arose. Again, we really wouldn't like to let anyone down with their orders (as you will see from the many comments on the review site) and are sorry that you have been left frustrated as a result of the delivery system locally.

I can not get an order sent to me either direct to Ireland or to my virtual dpd address in Northern Ireland. So not happy but at least I got full refund. Ta you. Ray.

We are so sorry that you have had this experience - as you will no doubt be aware the new processes governing deliveries between the UK mainland and the Province are causing untold problems for all suppliers, and we are not alone. We are just as frustrated as you and are desperate to find a way to resolve this, and can only offer our apologies for the issues you have faced.
