“Seems to take a very practical and helpful attitude to health information. Makes the information accessible. Generates a feeling of trust in the information and advice. The only caveat is that you are also promoting your shop and wanting to sell the goods you promote. It is to your credit that I for one do still trust your advice and approach.”

Many thanks for the feedback, it is sincerely appreciated. We are a small team at the Good Life Letter, but even so there is a cost to researching, creating and sending the Good Life Letter which has to be met, hence the need to support it with the sales through the shop. Your support and trust is greatly appreciated.

Many thanks for your honest review. Ray has been writing the Good Life Letter since 2005 in this style, and many of our readers really enjoy it and demand more. If you come across a topic that you are interested in please take the time to read the information, but if you scan the summary points at the top and find that particular letter is not for you then we won't be offended if you don't read it.

However, it would be very useful to know when items are dispatched and the approximate delivery date so that one can be available at home to receive the items, especially if they are large and cannot fit through the letterbox.”

Many of the natural remedies we supply are especially packaged to allow them to be posted through the mail box, but this is not always possible. We are working with our delivery parthers at Royal Mail to improve the tracking options as you suggest after launching our new shop recently. Watch this space, as they say!

One such product is Chlorella, however, I understand that this supplement comes from the south China seas, which, I have just been told that these seas are extremely polluted!
