My rating would be excellent if there was some way of assessing how effective the products you sell are. You must be able to tell, on a generalised basis, whether products do what they promise? Perhaps a 'star' rating as to effectiveness. It's not enough to have a few 'positive' comments!

I have been buying from the Good Life Shop for a long time now and always found their products to be good quality and the service to be excellent. I found the pain patches didn’t work for me other than that I have been completely happy with my purchases, so thank you for all your research into healthy products.

Always enjoy reading Ray's narrative on his latest find/ peeve. Also, I am grateful for the feedback I get when I pose a question about the product I have just or am about to purchase via the website. The last purchase concerned vegan Omega 3 capsules. I raised the question of the amount of salt/sodium in the capsules as I have a medical intolerance for high levels of salt. My reply came from Dave within 12 hours that these vegan capsules contained no salt/ sodium. To which I was very happy to purchase the product! This is the type of aftersales commitment I really like and would thoroughly recommend the Good Life Letter and its subsidiaries to all who read this.

I ordered a pack of Lyprinol on 26th October and still haven't received it. I emailed Good Life several days ago to raise this problem and have had no reply or acknowledgement. Very dissatisfied.

Having been a dedicated Good Life newsletter for many years I trust Ray's advice. when I buy from the shop - I expect - and get service as good. I particularly like that products come with a guarantee which allows customers o buy with confidence.
