“Well for a start Ray, it doesn't look, in the first instance, that I can rate your Good Life Letter. I clicked on my choice and nothing happened! Anyway, the good Life Letter is a great platform to advertise and write about the items you wish us to know about and purchase. I have used the GLL a few times and the commodities I purchased have been well worth the money invested. You give us a good insight into what you believe are trustworthy products. Prices are competitive. The only thing I can't comment on is the returns policy because I've not had a call to use it. Keep up the good work Ray. The letters are always a good read and informative in a non-patronising way. ( p.s., is the cheque in the post?)”

“Always enjoy your Good Life Letter Ray. I’ve been using your products for a long time now. Living in Spain it is difficult to get them as , due to Brexit, we get charged a lot by the customs and excise, and a high p and p, so I have to wait until I have a trip to the UK before I can order.”

“This was delivered by royal Mail to an empty house,They left a card but the person who lives there lives alone, and was taken to a care home,two monthsago.The package was left on the doorstep, and i have yet to see if it is still there as i am going there on Thursday to find out,if not it will have been stolen, so the royal mail should not be delivering to an empty house, they do not know if it is empty permanently,as is the case here.”

We are so sorry that the Royal Mail did not make the delivery, and completely understand the upset that this has caused. Should you discover that the package is not there, please let us know and we will refund the full cost to you. I put the order in on the 13th December, and I did expect it to take longer than usual at this time of the year, and with strikes going on, but really feel that it should have arrived by now. The period over the mail strikes of the last few months coupled with the increased volume of parcels over the Christmas period had led to delays beyond our control, exacerbated by the lack of scanning by Royal Mail so that we cannot get reliable tracking data. The good news is that they have finally scanned your parcel and we have contacted you to give you an update. Clearly this is not the service we want our readers to receive, and apologise for the delays and hassle you have suffered.
