I have purchased several of your products, and am well pleased with how helpful they are..... The most recent was Celadrin, and after only a very short while, less than a week, I found this product making quite a difference . While trying to purchase this product, there was a little ā€˜hiccoughā€™with me being unable to complete my details to purchase same. One phonecall was all that was needed, and very efficiently sorted out immediately. The service here is ā€˜ second to noneā€™, and always a pleasure to deal with the agood Lufe Shop. Thank you, we always send out orders within 24 hours and use the Royal Mail for the best service we have found.
All the products that I have purchased have always arrived in good time and on the few occasions I had to telephone the customer services, I received speedy help. The only time I have had a much longer wait for the product was when I ordered it from Italy, to be posted to Italy and of course the post was more expensive, post is sometimes slow to Italy from the UK. Overall I received a very good service.

I really enjoy reading the newsletter, and have purchased a few products. I will not go into these now, rather I will raise the fact I emailed you about 2 weeks ago about a wash system, It was Terra something, and I have not had a reply. This concerns me. We are a small team but care greatly about our readers (as you will see from other comments and reviews). Ocassionally emails can go astray but any query is always dealt with once we are aware.
I ordered Propargile and it arrived very quickly. I'm trying it for acid reflux and so far the results are promising, so I will continue for a while longer although not indefinitely, which I would like to do, as the cost is quite high. Always excellent service from The Good Life Shop.

We source many of our remedies from small scale producers and insist upon all natural ingredients and simple production processes. This means that there may be cheaper options but in the long run anything which is wholly natural will be better value as your body will be able to use it as needed and not allow it to waste. Thank you for your kind words of support about our service, we are a small team and this feedback really helps and enthuses us.
The best product that I bought from you is FX-SILICA. It worked wonders on my knee. After two days of use the pain have gone and I could walk . The medicines that I bought in the chemist were utterly useless and they are still advertised all the time. That you very much- eskerrik asko- muchas gracias. Please keep on the good work

Note New Update Info Below previous review... Having moved from UK I appreciated being able to order from abroad still. Unfortunately I see today that this has been annoyingly stopped due to possible import taxes. (Which we are aware of and expect to incur possible charges). Previous orders have arrived in good time. However recent one not arrived yet and frustratingly canā€™t track it. I think the delay is due to ongoing Brexit problems but it would be good to see some information in regards to this. I couldnā€™t find anywhere on the website how to find out where my order could be - unlike other companies who enable you to track and get an indication when expected. I realise this is a new situation that is causing problems but not impressed that an order was taken if knowingly canā€™t deliver? Would be good if under these circumstances emails could at least keep customers informed, rather than having to continually check website. UPDATE: I have to say that I was contacted quickly in response to above problems and kindly emailed with information. Delighted to say I subsequently received my order and in the end was not actually charged any Import Tax on delivery (seems different countries are applying different rules!). Hopefully this will get sorted and once more I'll be able to place orders from abroad in future. Although initially frustrating, l have to give Credit to Customer Services Manager, Justin who was extremely helpful in dealing with this promptly. Very much appreciated. Thanks from a happy customer
