There is often interesting information in the Letter and those I save, but the original idea of a weekly letter has recently changed to one every few days, often banging on about a product which needs a boost perhaps. These get shredded as irritants Ray, be warned.

Confused here. The introduction asks for views on the service provided by the shop, but the sub-heading suggests a review of the newsletter is what’s wanted. So... I look forward to reading the newsletter each week - it’s informative and accessible. And...on the couple of occasions that I’ve made a purchase, the service was swift and reliable and the products not prohibitively expensive. Thank you.

Money back guarantees and great customer service I’ve been using the shop for years and found the service reliable, the products effective and the staff polite, helpful and good to their word. The new site is much easier to use (did have some clunky nonsense with the old one when I wanted to stop a repeat order) and, as before, the no quibble returns policy means you e got nothing to lose by trying something safe, (largely) ethically produced, and well priced.

A little confused as your request is for feedback on our experience with your customer service in the shop but this page specifically refers to the newsletter. However my experience with both elements is good. I have only made one purchase through the shop but it went well. The item was well packaged and arrived in good time. The product itself caused an allergic reaction and I threw it away but that's another story.

I'm really sorry that the product caused an allergic reaction, you are entitled to a refund, we really don't want people to but things that don't work for them. Please use the 'contact us' form us with your postcard and we will sort this out for you.
I have never had any problems with the previous set up so as far as I am concerned you had no need to change.

Hi Sue Thanks for the reply. Good to know that the old shop wored for you. It did for most people but we regularly got complaints that people couldn't complete their order, so we had to do something. We hope you like the new shop, we are still fine tuning it and you should continue to see improvements. There is also better functionality like you can review all your previous orders and order again with one click.
I have been pleased with the items I have ordered. The advice in the letter seems sensible.

Usually excellent: fast efficient delivery, helpful when telephoned. However on one occasion I sent an email through the shop's website concerning an expensive electrical item (c. £900) I had bought and the contact had burned out: on investigation my husband reckoned it had been given the wrong transformer and we sent you a report and photographs. We never heard anything from you. This was a pity, because until then I had had total faith in you, sadly not any more.
