“Great to shop with. I made a mistake with an order a few weeks ago, but the staff realised and adjusted the order and price accordingly. Not many firms would do that.”

Our apologies, however as you are in Germany we are subject to the German postal system and since Brexit many deliveries into EU & Schengen Area countries have been subject to extended delays which are beyond our control. Please use the Track & Trace tracking number which has been sent to you to find out wheer the package is in the syste. We assure you that there was no delay in dispatching the book from us, in fact it was in the post the following day.
