“Always full of interesting and sometimes little known facts. Ray Collins is a fountain of knowledge. I can’t resist a lot of the goods on offer eg. Tea from exotic places and soothing lotions for my dermatitis. Pity a lot of it is expensive but in the long run I think I have saved money on paying out for the good quality. The article s are always educational and fun to read. Keep up the good work and thank you.”

“Interesting and varied content in Ray's letters. I recently purchased Bug Soother insect repellent after reading Ray's description of it. Unfortunately the package arrived in a Royal Mail plastic bag with their apologies as the contents had leaked so that the envelope was soggy and disintegrating. I don't know how the damage happened but I contacted the Good Life Shop immediately, offering to send a photo. I'm pleased to say that I received a speedy reply saying that a replacement would be sent out immediately (they did not need a photo). I have now received the replacement in perfect condition. I haven't yet used the Bug Soother but I'm very happy with the service I received.”
