“I enjoy the a Good Life letter about so many different things. However in still not having received the £15 Balsamic Syrup I ordered in the 14 December and with no reply from the Post Office I am now reluctant to order anything else. I cannot afford to just lose £15.00.”

We are so sorry that your delivery has been caught up in the postal system, which has been under severe pressure due to the huge amount of Christmas mail on top of COVID absenteeism and a shortage of drivers. We assure you that we are doing all we can to get the parcel to you, but in the event that the goods are not received in the next few days we will honour our promise to refund you for the order.

We are so sorry for the delays in deliveries which has been due to COVID absentees and driver shortages in the Royal Mail, coupled with a huge increase in packages over the Christmas period - much like many other couriers. The team at the Good Life Letter are doing what we can to speed up delivery, and hope that you can bear with us and the mail system at the current time.
