“My rating would be excellent if there was some way of assessing how effective the products you sell are. You must be able to tell, on a generalised basis, whether products do what they promise? Perhaps a 'star' rating as to effectiveness. It's not enough to have a few 'positive' comments!”

“Always enjoy reading Ray's narrative on his latest find/ peeve. Also, I am grateful for the feedback I get when I pose a question about the product I have just or am about to purchase via the website. The last purchase concerned vegan Omega 3 capsules. I raised the question of the amount of salt/sodium in the capsules as I have a medical intolerance for high levels of salt. My reply came from Dave within 12 hours that these vegan capsules contained no salt/ sodium. To which I was very happy to purchase the product! This is the type of aftersales commitment I really like and would thoroughly recommend the Good Life Letter and its subsidiaries to all who read this.”
