“This was my first experience of shopping with GS Equestrian and one I am sure to repeat in the future. Communication was excellent and even when informed that my chosen item (the last in stock) was damaged and therefore that my order would be cancelled & refunded I was assisted on the phone by a delightful lady who helped me find a quality alternative which I ordered and received without delay. 5* all round. “Bought from GS equestrian a few times and didn’t have a problem until my most recent order where it took much longer than expected to arrive and the Royal Mail tracking number provided didn’t work and said there was a problem with the order. Apart from that I’ve always received exactly what I’ve ordered and always of high quality and never any damage etc. However this most recent experience wasn’t as warming. But they had assured me it was on its way. The rug bag has a small rip which is disappointing.”
