“Disappointed in the lack of communication! I called customer service and it went straight to voicemail. No one ever reached out by phone or email. Got a tracking number but couldn’t track the package. Ups delivered package to wrong address. Other than that, the gobos look nice.”

“While I have yet to put the gobos I ordered to use, my only complaint is with the amount of time it took the items to arrive and the cost of shipping which was nearly the same price as one gobo, thereby contributing to nearly a third of the overall cost.”

“The metal gobo's are great value, although even though they look great I find the glass colured ones come with a hefty price tag. But hey, it is what is is...!!!! Will be using you again once I have saved up...lol.”
