“I was timed out of the app. You took the monthly installment out of my bank account twice and then I am unable to access my policy documents as you say I e already registered but you won't accept my password”

“got a good quote ,tried to go to the site and it wouldn't load up. Tried four or five times but still no joy. Have I lost out? LATEST got a quote just over half price to what you where charging.”

Hi, Thanks for leaving your review. Your postcode wasn't found and that's not what we like to hear! Our address database is managed by a third party, who receive their details from the Royal Mail so we aren't able to manually add addresses. You might wish to check that your property appears on the Royal Mail website, if it is a new build then it may not have been added yet. We do get regular updates, so please check back again soon! “Normally great for quotes. However I think it’s wrong that the closer you get to your policy start date the higher the price goes up . I got a quote at a good price that I was going to buy, but when I went in to check details the price went up due to the fact that I wanted to buy the policy for that day . I bought policy somewhere else instead Thanks”

“Disappointed as the quote went up in price as when I had paid and review found that the system had missed a detail and when I went in to amend the price went . I know it was not me as I was entering the details very slowly and this has cost me money. I will not be using this site again”

“I don't want special offers, I don't want to eat out for half price, I want cheap quality of Insurance for my car, I do not want to pay a premium so you can give free meals or toys, if you get me the cheapest quotes I will use you, if you dont like on this occasion I will go elsewhere.”

“Could not complete the form to take out insurance because the program timed out several times and it took me a out a hour to get as far as I did going to try again tonight”

“I used go compare to see the best deal for car insurance, but the company name goccompare recommended messed me up , they keep changing the insurance cost until it's doubled and now I'm stuck , I've. Should have asked friends advice instead of using gocompare”

“I was allowed to purchase a policy that was not suitable. Although declaring our ages, one of is 74, the small print when reading the insurance document, said annual trip policy would not cover you if you were 74 when taking out the policy. We should not have been allowed to purchase the policy.”
