All good till I was transferred to Hastings. Completed the form, clicked make payment, nothing, several attempts no joy, then noticed error code at bottom of page. Tried again late at night, success. So I take it site overloaded, so why not put up a message saying "busy try again later" instead of error code, meaning what!!!. Talk about frustrating.

spent over an hour online looking for insurance for my van then when i got through all the questions then processed to payment , entered card details only to be told currently unable to pay. waste of an hour,

Under the current situation covid 19 I do want cover to drive in europe which I feel should be optional. Legal expenses can not be added on line. I feel insurance cover should be to what the customer wants

It wouldn't allow me to pay at the end, whichever cards we tried none would go thru, gave in in the end.

It’s unfortunate that after I have taken the strains to fill in my details and given a quote and having saved it. When I return to my quote I can’t get back to it. I was told it’s not on record. Not good.

difficult manoeuvring round site; editing quote; ability to add features eg driving abroad cover, impossible.

Easy to find a good price for insurance. The question about any accident with another vehicle, which I have never had was over looked by Budget Insurance and they have increased my premiums. The accident they have penalised me with was a deer hitting my car on a B road.

I could not understand why a quote was one price all the way through the payment process then at the end went up to a silly ammount without explanation

I’m nearly 51 and a safe driver and feel the quotes are fairly expensive tbh. There needs to be set prices for certain age groups in mr eyes

Promise you £250 free excess cover when you use go compare... They send you a link to activate it... And keep telling you your email is invalid!

Excellent search, but having chosen the recommended supplier, I cannot get my policy from them. I can't log in as I don't know my password and they have not sent an email for a link to reset. This is QuotemeUNhappy!
