“The insurance quote was ficticious...when I actually tried to get the insurance at the price quoted it became double the money...hopeless and a waste of time”

“I shouldn't be on computer if everything went right today I struggled to get on with your site I need to put on my statistic whether I was married or not I got on this section that says are you single living with parent or widower I am divorced I couldn't put that in, allot of the time your site stopped me getting anywhere all that did was screw my head up when you can't progress you lose track of what your doing my usual suppliers I paid £202-79 this you it hiked up to £241-39 so I wasn't happy to start my day I feel from then on on your site nothing seemed to go to plan so every time I tried to sort thing out you put up the price that didn't help any,all I want right now is to sort my insurance out IF that's at all possible,?”

“Easy to use, however some of the details entered in to the site were not transferred to the insurance companies correctly, after editing the details of a quote correctly on a companies site the price went up by £50.”

“In attempting to add details on a quote every time I entered yes with regards to ' have you had any accidents etc and I entered Yes the screen indicated I had made an error. This affected the eventual quote I received so I left the site and went back to my previous insurer who dealt with it in a more competent manner”

“when i rang the insurance company the price you qouted on the site was not right it was higher, I paid the Price, but was dissapointed,”

“The several different questionnaires, AFTER I'd completed them, kept coming back for me to complete again and again. I ended up spending 4 (FOUR) hours on this exercise, rather than, say, 30-40 minutes. An upsetting and undeserved experience that I do not wish on anybody.”

“well i have specific requirements. it was fine for house but not car insur. my named driver is not uk resident although lived here many years. therefore your platform doesnt include her and i cannot get a quote. despite there being at least 1 company that offers that.i have to accept their terms with no compare.”

“The actual site is acceptable and easy to use but once through to the actual insurance provider there are always add~ons that make a much more expensive quote than the original quote on the Go compare site.”

“the information passed from gocompare to admiral insurance was incorrect. My name is maria stojanovic my daughter has email account (g.gott@btinternet.com) which i use as i do not have a computer. The information sent to Admiral was for Maria Gott, the wrong phone number etc. I will not use this site again”
