Honesty is the best policy. Do Not differentiate the treatment of NEW CUSTOMERS and those RENEWING. I had to fight very hard before you would agree to treat me as a NEW CUSTOMER to save £94.00 against a RENEWAL NOTIFICATION of £499.52. This figure was 32% above last years premium of £378 56. It's NOT GOOD ENOUGH in a CAPTIVE MARKET where we are obliged to buy Insurance in order to drive by law !! REMEMBER THIS before sending out NEXT YEARS Renewal Notice....................D.

when going to insurers web site they increase the premium or have sly ways of bumping the price up.

Easy to fill out proposal form. Tried to find out how to accept quote and pay. Just went around in circles so haven’t been able to accept and pay for car insurance.

I tried to but car insurance , on your site my quote was £337 then clicked on the link , it then shot up an extra £250 i phoned swinton and they said that was your error as you had given wrong info out

The company included roadside support and child seat cover - neither of which we need. I've been a member of the R.A.C. for over 19 years - and neither of us has any children!

Sadly I had lost my password, it took ages to get going so I went back to my current supplier. Maybe you can get me set up for my car insurance which i will be needing in November. Thank you Ray Wood

The link to the insurance provider LV did not work - so could not get the £250 excess offer.

Everything!! twice I went through the whole process of trying to insure my car...at the end of it, the site was unable to process it!!! A lot of time spent and cat still not insured!!

the prices quoted proved to be only one third of what was actually requested by the insurers one quoted £164 on your site and then wanted over £600 to insure a bog standard mid terrace victorian property with both burglar and smoke alarms - not your fault but rather disingenuous of your member when the property details were of course entered the same on your site and theirs .As all the quotes were @ least double last years despite no claims in the interim -presumably we are expected to be paying for all mother nature's peccadillos throughout this year !

Having searched for my best car insurance deal, with a view to accepting, I moved to site to make payment and price had increased. I moved to another comparison site and got a better deal

Insurer’s prices are based on information about you, such as your age, driving experience and vehicle details. Insurers also use real time pricing, which means that prices are only guaranteed at the time of the quote. It’s very likely that your quotes will change if you return to buy later. Phoned what turned out to be a call centre in South Africa. Unhelpful girl and huge amount of background noise. Gave up!!!

WHY IS IT WHEN GO COMPARE SHOW THE RESULTS AND YOU CLICK ON THE GO TO SITE LINK IT IS ALWAYS MORE EXPENSIVE
